Covers searching techniques for cost effectiveness and time efficiency, illustrating law firm cost recovery methods and important changes in legal publishing.

RESEARCHING FEDERAL ADMINISTRATIVE LAW – SURVIVAL SKILLS (Vic Garces)

Covers basic strategies for researching Federal administrative law highlighting freely available government sources.

New Consumer Law Database

The National Consumer Law Center Digital Library provides access to 20 of NCLC's leading consumer law treatises covering the areas of debtor rights, deception and warranties, consumer litigation, and credit & banking.  The Digital Library also includes over 2,000 sample pleadings associated with the treatises.

Access is available for all library users in the Law Library.  Access outside the library and off-campus is available to University of Minnesota Law faculty, students and staff.  Be sure to checkout the Search & Site Use Tips for helpful search advice and more!
